Welcome to Arrive Ready. By using our website, purchasing a trip plan, or connecting your calendar sync integrations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Arrive Ready provides a web-first circadian jetlag planning platform. The service takes user-submitted flight itineraries, bedtime/wake profiles, and optional wellness preferences to generate a personalized schedule for sleep, timed light-exposure, caffeine intake, nap windows, and optional melatonin timing. This plan is delivered via direct `.ics` file download, hosted web calendars, or active Google Calendar sync.

2. Pricing, Purchase Scope, & Replans

• Single-Trip Pass ($9.99 USD): Sold on a pay-per-trip basis. Covers one individual traveler for one journey/date window (supporting up to 10 flight segments). Same-trip manual replanning (recalculating sleep/light windows due to flight delays, missed connections, or poor sleep) is included at no extra cost for that travel window.
• Annual Pass Subscription ($29.99 USD / Year): Provides unlimited trip planning, auto-calendar sync, and live replanning for a 12-month period.
• Automatic Renewal Terms: The Annual Pass is an automatically renewing subscription billed annually at $29.99 USD to your payment method on file until canceled. You will be charged on the same date each year.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Annual Pass auto-renewal at any time prior to your next billing date through your Traveler Dashboard under "Manage Subscription" (Stripe Customer Portal) or by emailing support@arriveready.app. Upon cancellation, you retain full access through the end of your paid billing period.
• Separate Journeys: For Single-Trip Pass holders, planning for a completely separate trip, date window, or traveler requires purchasing an additional trip pass or upgrading to an Annual Pass.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We stand behind our product with our 14-day trip-saver guarantee:

• Single-Trip Refund Window: For single-trip purchases, you may request a full refund of your $9.99 purchase up to 14 days after your final flight segment's arrival date.
• Annual Pass Refund Window: Annual Pass subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not planned more than one trip during that billing cycle.
• Frictionless Feedback Form & Payout: To request a refund, submit our brief feedback form on the refund page or contact support. Submitting the form records your feedback, immediately pauses paid plan access, and queues your refund for payout via Stripe (typically credited to your account within 3–5 business days).
• Abuse Protection: To prevent fraudulent behavior, refunds are limited to one guaranteed refund per customer per calendar year. Additional refund requests are reviewed manually and approved at our sole discretion.

4. Calendar Sync & Google Integration

Optional Google Calendar sync allows Arrive Ready to add travel wellness events to your account.

• We recommend selecting our default option to create a dedicated "Arrive Ready" sub-calendar to prevent visual clutter in your primary calendar.
• Arrive Ready is not liable for data loss, calendar display conflicts, accidental deletion of external events, or sync failures resulting from changes in Google Calendar APIs or local device storage errors.

5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, SVG logos, brand designs, code bases, and deterministic planning rules are the intellectual property of Arrive Ready. You agree not to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute our generated plans or services for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability & Liability Cap

Arrive Ready provides circadian plans "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranty of guaranteed outcomes. We cannot guarantee that following the plan will completely eliminate jetlag symptoms, prevent flight fatigue, or guarantee sleep. In no event shall Arrive Ready or its creators be liable for travel disruptions, missed flights, medical issues, or subsequent financial losses incurred during travel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arrive Ready's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service or these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Arrive Ready in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or $100.00 USD, whichever is greater.

7. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully as it affects your legal rights.

• Mandatory Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Arrive Ready agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@arriveready.app.
• Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
• Class Action Waiver: YOU AND ARRIVE READY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any arbitration or permitted court proceeding shall take place in Delaware.

9. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Arrive Ready regarding your use of the service.
